Working by Referral

I have committed to building my business working by referral so that I can devote all of my time, energy and effort focusing on the needs of my current and past clients. It allows me to provide the highest level of service possible before, during and after the transaction. My goal is to serve you in such a way that you will be excited about referring me to your family, friends, and co-workers. I strive to build a life-long relationship with you as your personal real estate consultant.

Most Realtors spend a large part of their time looking for their next client by door knocking, cold calling, calling on expired listings, and For-Sale-By Owners, or doing open houses. I don't spend any of my time with those activities. Working by referral my clients keep their ears open for anyone that might have a need for my services and then call me so that I can follow up and take care of their real estate needs. This is how I can concentrate all of my attention on my current and past clients and their referrals.

• Grew up in San Diego, California.
• Bachelor of Arts - UCLA.
• Previous owner of a Los Angeles design firm for 21 years.
• Escaped from California and became a Colorado resident in 1994.
• Volunteer elementary school Art Appreciation instructor.
• Volunteer Junior Achievement instructor.
• Currently living in Briargate with husband, Don and our German Shepard.
• Don and I spend a great deal of our spare time ballroom dancing and teaching beginning dance.
• Mother to my son Ryan, who also lives in Colorado Springs.
• Hobbies include spending time with family, traveling, snow skiing, hiking, arts & theatre, dancing, music, constant learning, fun with our dog.
• Lived in Black Forest from 1994-2003 on 9 acre horse property.
• Bred and raised Paint Horses and Golden Retrievers.
