Prior to meeting Vicki French Westapher, I had a very pessimistic attitude about selling our home.  There was quite a bit of updating to be done.  At our first meeting, she reassured me there is always a buyer for each and every house.  Vicki convinced me that if staged correctly, presented well & priced right, that it would sell.  My husband shared Vicki's optimism.  I was very apprehensive, but as the showings increased, so did my hopes of the house selling.  Our house was sold within 5 ½ months.  Vicki shines above the rest!  Her patience, expertise, kindness and customer relations are outstanding.  It made our experience awesome and so easy.  She has our business and we can't wait to work with her again as we prepare to purchase another home.
