We had been working with Vicki for about 9 months prior to actually moving to Colorado.  We had made one trip to Colorado Springs early on and Vicki showed us some houses.  Through that process, Vicki got an idea of our likes and dislikes.  As we prepared our home to sell in Oregon Vicki was filtering listings for us based on what she knew we liked, and provided a web portal so that we could view them.

Upon arriving in Colorado we immediately got to work looking at new listings.  It took awhile; we are very discriminate about many things when it comes to buying a home.  There was a lot of inventory on the market and Vicki helped narrow down our choices.  Through it all, Vicki was very patient with us, never once becoming exasperated with our endless needs. Rather, she is always extremely thoughtful, even bringing unrelated investment opportunities to us that we wouldn't have know about otherwise.  That is how we ended up with a 5 star timeshare in Breckenridge for pennies on the dollar that we have enjoyed immensely. 

Vicki was excellent at describing the step-by-step process when it came to signing a contract and closing on the home.  Further, she is an incredible resource for all things local-contractors, restaurants, activities, new development, etc.  We call on her for many things and she is always more than happy to provide information.  There's no question that she loves Colorado Springs and wants to share her love of the area with others.

It would take a novel to document all the things that Vicki (and Debbie, her assistant) did for us.  Although we set out to buy a home, along the way we made a friend for life.  We would enthusiastically recommend Vicki to anyone needing a Realtor.  She is a consumate professional and made our buying process very enjoyable.
