Not only did Gladys help us find and buy the house of our dreams, she did so with grace and aplomb. We felt secure with Gladys as she helped us navigate the stressful process of buying a home, especially for the first time. She was always willing to answer our strange and anxiety-driven questions - and did so patiently. When we were second, third, and fourth guessing ourselves, Gladys was there encouraging us and asking us helpful questions. We never once felt like she was just trying to ‘make a buck,’ but rather that she actually enjoyed the process of helping folks find their next home. She was easily reachable for our thoughts and questions, and was forthcoming with information - even if she had to do some research first. She tracked all of our deadlines and kept us on top of the entire process. Beyond this, she even made it fun; helping us see the possibilities at each showing.
