Meet Vicki
Are you ready to make your best move?
When I became a licensed real estate broker in 1998, I committed myself to providing the highest level of service to each of my clients. This meant becoming the best at what I do and constantly staying on top of market changes.
I now lead a well-orchestrated, award-winning team of real estate professionals prepared to help you with all of your real estate needs. Our seamless process drives extraordinary results and creates lasting relationships. Our clients turn to us again and again for their real estate needs, even referring us to their family and friends.
I love living here in the Pikes Peak region. I moved here in 1994, met and married Don in 2004, and continue to enjoy all there is to do in Colorado. We love to spend time with family, travel, ski, and enjoy the arts.

Being a part of the Make Your Best Move team is truly an honor for me. As a realtor in the Pikes Peak region, I draw on my previous experience and skills as a teacher and administrator in order to provide a stress-free, professional, and memorable experience for clients, while developing and maintaining relationships that last a lifetime.

In addition to being a Colorado native, I’m a proud Colorado College graduate (Go Tigers!) and have lived in Colorado Springs since then raising a family who all find Colorado a place they call home! I’m passionate about family, the outdoors, music, the arts, travel, good food and great people!
Tracy Hermes
Transaction Coordinator
Tracy has been an integral part of the Make Your Best Move Team since 2009. As our in-house Transaction Coordinator, she manages all of the details, documents and deadlines from contract to closing. Her attention to detail and client relationships is a huge asset to the team. She is inspired daily by her husband & three children. In her free time, Tracy loves to hike, read & travel.
Kim Anderson
Marketing Manager
Kim Anderson has been marketing for Colorado Springs real estate professionals since 2005. She has served as the Marketing Manager for the Make Your Best Move Team since 2008. Kim is a proud military wife & mother of three adult children and two grandchildren, who are her pride and joy. Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She and her husband are wine connoisseurs, love to travel, cook good food, and spend lots of time attending their grandson’s basketball games.
