Vicki and her team were fantastic! We could not have asked for a better experience, from initial contact to closing day, we felt like we were her only customers. Coming from Texas, we had a significantly condensed time frame for finding a house (3 days) and with her team's help, we found the right one for us. The extent of her experience and knowledge of how to negotiate with builders allowed us get the right deal, with the upgrades we were looking for. She took the time to explain the nuances of the contract with the builder so that we had a full understanding of exactly what we were getting ourselves into, and she was there every step of the way to advocate with the builder on our behalf so that we closed on time. As a military family, her team truly understood our unique needs/desires and after moving all over the country we could not recommend a better agent and team!
