This was a purchase a home in CO while living in VA. After only a couple of days working with Vicki's team in person, the rest was done via email and phone. My wife and I have never been more impressed or enjoyed buying a house more than with Vicki and her team. Every single person on the team was the most friendly, professional and responsive. The big thing about Vicki and her team is they truly want to and live up to their motto of "Make Your Best Move". There was never a time we did not know exactly what was going on and always knew ahead of time what was happening and why. Bottom line: no surprises. Vicki's preferred lender, Scott Seaman, one word - superb. From start to finish the entire team and process was absolutely incredible and so painless.
