Vicki was very helpful throughout the entire process of finding our new home. From the very first meeting we had, she was able to set realistic expectations and prepare us for every following step. One of the most valuable things we have is time and Vicki and her team were great at doing everything efficiently and effectively. Everyone was patient and resourceful when we had questions or concerns. As first time home-buyers there were many times when we did not have the knowledge of the process and Vicki was there every time to explain, answer any questions, and support with a keen eye for detail. We now live in our first home and we stepped through the doors with confidence, knowing the house in great detail and with peace of mind that there will be no surprises awaiting us. Vicki and her team have a great personable process in place for evaluating needs and expectations and based on those, working with respect to everyone's time and schedules, while delivering at every stage!
