"My first experience with Vicki was purchasing a home in 2015 and then selling that home in 2022 at an increase of over 90%. I didn’t bother trying to find anyone other than Vicki to sell, and she and her entire team exceeded any expectations I could have ever imagined. Timelines and clear expectations were given to me from the beginning, which made it incredibly simple for me to plan what needed to be done and when. I was never unsure of what was going on from early pre-inspections/repairs (needed/recommended) all the way to closing. The process of staging the house included very clear instructions and amazing communication. Vicki and her team were always on top of the timelines and ensured nothing slipped past me or any communication was looked over. They were also very understanding in cases where normal life circumstances interfered with the schedule and were quick to adjust anything in the most efficient, timely, and comforting way. The communication was also phenomenal for the listing process as Vicki always ensured everything looked good from my end and made everything clear to me, leaving me with very minimal questions if any. The offer/contract/closing processes were just the same as the rest of the process. Vicki gave the suggestions regarding the offer but ensured I was in control of making final calls without any pressure and everything worked out perfectly and in a very smooth manner, to include an insanely smooth closing.
