Vicki Goes Above and Beyond Expectations

Vicki Westapher was recommended by a friend of my Father. My wife and I had never bought a home and were living halfway across the country in SC at the time. With us being first time buyers, and living in another state, my wife and I were very nervous about how this would go. As soon as we had our first conversation with Vicki, we knew we were in good hands. She worked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we were looking for, and was always in contact with us. Vicki went above and beyond what we expected of a realtor, she toured many homes, created several videos and slideshows to make sure we knew exactly what the homes looked like. With us being so far away at the time, and being new homebuyers, she could have easily taken advantage of us just to get a sale. It was clear from the beginning that her goal was to find us our dream first home, and that is exactly what she did. She got us in contact with an excellent finance team and also communicated with them throughout the process on our behalf. We were able to close on our beautiful new home shortly after we arrived in Colorado and we couldn't be more satisfied. Vicki has been great in checking up on us since we moved in and making sure everything is exactly what we were hoping for. I will definitely be recommending Vicki to any of my friends, family or co-workers who are looking to buy or sell and I will certainly be getting ahold of her when I'm ready to sell this home someday.
