"We moved to Colorado Springs in February and knew that we wanted to buy at the end of our 9-month rental lease.  We met with Vicki in April even though we weren't ready to buy just yet.  I'm so glad that we had that early meeting!  We were able to meet with Vicki and could tell right away that she  was very knowledgeable with the real estate market in the Springs and that she would be straight forward with us.  From that point on we could view the PPMLS listings showing the properties that were available and what came on/off the market.  We were able to watch the market and get a good idea on housing prices and how fast things were selling.  Vicki follow up with us several times during this limbo stage to see where we were at and give us some valuable advice - like we should be work on getting pre-approved for a mortgage now and she gave us some great contacts.  Once we were ready to go house shopping things were quickly and efficiently scheduled.  Our  offer was accepted and from that point on we received emails letting us know what we needed to do.  The emails were very clear and simple.  I never felt overwhelmed.  I knew what information to get them/paper work to sign.  We also got a weekly summary email letting us know what was coming up and what was going on in the background.  I really liked those emails because sometimes there was nothing for us to do and it was nice knowing that we weren't missing anything.  The closing process was very smooth and I would 100% recommend working with Vicki and her team.  They were friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, and readily available!"
