We can't say enough good things about Troy, Tracy, and the whole team, but to try and sum it up they were excellent, providing consistent communication, timely updates, and always going above and beyond to ensure we understood the process to simplify what can feel like an overwhelming task! Troy is extremely personable, well plugged into the community, and has extensive knowledge of the local neighborhoods. We weren't rushed into any decisions, took our time to discover all parts of the city and home styles, and never felt left behind or out of the loop. We couldn't be more grateful for his guidance and the teams expertise.
